Pale Blue Gingham Birthday Party Hat for your little ones special day!

Design and size:

-Party hat is made to set on top of the head, with elastic going around back of the head, like a headband.
-You can have one number of your choice(any number 1-5) on the hat.
Last picture shows sample of a little one wearing one of my party hats.

-The outside of the hat is made with pale blue gingham check fabric for the base.
The hat is lined with felt( picture shows sample of felt lining).

Last picture shows how hat sets on child’s head. Hat is attached to 1/8th-inch white elastic cording.

-Hat measures 5-inches tall and 4-inches wide(at the base).

-The number is layered with a pale blue felt for the base and white felt number on top.

-Pale blue Pom Pom on the top. White mini puff pompom trim along bottom.
